Aaahhhhhh, the first day of school! What an exciting time for everyone! The kids were so excited to get to wear some of their new clothes that they got from shopping with Grandma J. They all got up early and were ready to go.....too bad that didn't last! But here they are, happy to go to school, see old friends, make new ones and fill up their noggins with all sorts of knowledge! Joe knew exactly what he wanted to wear on the first day.

Sierra, she is just growing up WAY too fast! It's so weird to be looking her straight in the eye and sharing some of my shoes with her.

Emma just "had" to have her picture taken too......before she put on her new clothes.

And their off......I can't keep the smile off of my face! I love my kids, but I really do love school and the time off through the day that I have. I love it when they come home and tell me about their day and we do homework and maybe share a special treat......that is if I'm not yelling at them to get their homework done and to puh-leez pick up their rooms so I can do more laundry. I love it all!
Emma did finally get to put on one of her new outfits too......She's just too cute! She can not wait to get to finally start kindergarten next year! That will be bittersweet for me! But for now, I get her all to myself!
