Grace's Baptism

On October 10th, 2009, Grace Nicole Bagley was baptized and comfirmed a new member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She was so excited to be baptized! She loved her dress too. It was Sierra's baptism dress....with a little bit of pinning so it fit her a little better. Every time she put it on she said that she felt like a princess! It makes me smile every time. She's such a poser! I love her so much and I'm so proud of her and her decisions. She is such a good kid! She is so loving and has such a tender heart, but can be as feisty as they come. She definitely has a lot of spunk in her.

Her hair turned out really cute. It was difficult to come up with something that would stay down in the water with her shorter hair. Plus I really wanted to use that ribbon that you see. It worked out great....no floating hairs!

Grace was really excited that she got to be baptized on the same day as her good friend Kassie. Her Grandpa Bagley was the one to baptize her. They all look so happy! It really was a great day!

Here she is with her Grandpa Jeppesen. He was the one to confirm her with the gift of the Holy Ghost. He is such a great speaker, I always love....loved....listening to him. He looks so good there.

After we got back home, Grace ended up with a few more gifts to open. She was so excited! It was almost like her birthday celebration lasted for 3 weeks! Lucky girl. ;)

Luckily for my little house it was a beautiful day that day! Most of us spent most of it out in the sunshine and enjoyed one anothers' company. We roasted hot dogs in the fire pit and I had made a crock pot of pulled pork. Add to that salads, chips, drinks and goodies....no one went home hungry!

It was lots of fun to hang out with our family and friends on that special day!

And here is Grace missing her two front teeth. She had just pulled them out the week before. She kept singing after that "All I Want for Christmas is my Two Front Teeth". She's pretty funny!

What a great picture of Grace and her Grandpa Jeppesen. That is a picture that she will always treasure.
